Kathryn Wilson
Owner & President
A native of Oklahoma City, Kathryn Wilson graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and has spent almost 20 years in marketing and communications. After a stint as the Public Relations Coordinator for a local hospital, Ms. Wilson spent several years in Texas working for the Free Market Foundation, a non-profit public policy organization. In Washington, DC, she worked for Elizabeth Dole on the 1996 Dole for President Campaign, at the American Red Cross National Headquarters, for Sen. Dole’s historic bid for U.S. President in 2000 and in her private office following that campaign. Ms. Wilson also served as Vice President of Capitol Resources and Looking Glass Productions in Washington, DC, a public relations and special events firm.
Ms. Wilson is a member of the Marketing Research Association and a certified parliamentarian.
Active in philanthropic and volunteer work, Kathryn serves on the Board of the Oklahoma Children’s Theatre and has held a variety of leadership positions in the Junior League of Oklahoma City.
Dean Howard
President of Operations
Dean Howard has successively managed multiple projects for clients such as Kraft, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Crest, and General Mills. Dean has been with us since day one bringing over 20 years of qualitative market research experience and client service expertise as President of Operations. His expert cross training in various aspects of market research such as product placements, mall intercepts, mystery shopping, taste tests helps ensure valuable insights into consumer opinions to inspire and propel brands and ideas.
Mr. Howard began his career as a mall intercept recruiter/interviewer and soon climbed the ladder to management. His excellent leadership skills and knowledge in consumer and business to business research makes him an important asset to the success of each project.
